A two-day training seminar on introducing the Results-based Planning and Budgeting methods & developing the 2025 annual Aimag development plan and budget using these methods, was organized in Uliastai, the capital city of Zavkhan province.
This local training seminar, organized by UNDP’s EU-funded "SDG-Aligned Budgeting to Transform Employment in Mongolia" project, included more than 70 government officials responsible for development policy planning, budgeting, and finance at the aimag and soum levels. A representative from the EU Delegation to Mongolia participated in the seminar to provide information about the Budget Support Program in the country.
