EU-Funded UNDP's Project Launches Bi-Weekly Morning Discussions for Public Officers on Development Policy and Budgeting

2024.07.18 News

The Authority of Government Supervisory, in collaboration with the UNDP’s “SDG aligned budgeting to transform employment in Mongolia” project funded by the European Union, has set a tradition of hosting a bi-weekly “Morning discussion”.

Three discussions have been organized to date and involved over 110 public officers, enabling them to learn more about different aspects of development policy planning and monitoring methodology reforms, monitoring tools, and policy costing approaches and discuss applying and sustaining the results of these new concepts in their respective sectors and measures.

Continuously building the capacity of public officers and offering a floor for effective exchange of experience is instrumental in introducing and sustaining an integrated result-based management approach in all areas of development policy planning, budgeting, performance, monitoring, and evaluation. No photo description available. No photo description available. No photo description available.
