The five-month-long "Strengthening Local Capacity to Promote Results-Based Management" support programme, aimed at institutionalizing and sustainably implementing the results-based approach in development planning, budgeting, and reporting by enhancing the capacity of civil servants, has successfully concluded today. A closing event was organized to present the key outcomes of the programme.
The support programme was implemented in three phases over the course of five months. The “RBM SB Team” from Sukhbaatar province secured 1st place, followed by the “Bulgan Team” from Bulgan province in 2nd place, and the “Borjigin Development Team" from Govisumber province in 3rd place.
This initiative was organized with the support of the European Union-funded “SDG-Aligned Budgeting to Transform Employment in Mongolia” project, implemented by UNDP in cooperation with FAO and ILO.
